Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed within 3-5 business days. We can ship products anywhere in the United States and all products are automatically shipped via UPS Ground after being processed. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Internationally. If you order an item that we are currently out of stock, backordered, or discontinued we will notify you immediately via the email address that has been provided. Return Policies
All items must be returned in original packaging before a new replacement can be shipped.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any other reason than damaged, defective or wrong item delivered there will be a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Only products in new condition and original packaging will be accepted for refund(No shipping costs will be refunded) or exchange(product of equal value..this does NOT include shipping/handling). Damaged/Defective/Wrong Merchandise
If you have recieved a damaged, defective or wrong item please contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 3 business days) by visiting our Contact Us page to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. The damaged, defective, or wrong item must be returned in original packaging before new replacement can be shipped. You, the customer, will be responsible for the return shipping costs. CircleOne will ship the new replacement at no additional cost to you.
